Requirements
Ariana Paul from Amotai came to use wanting to create a documentary to preserve the mana of business owners who's livelihoods and dreams have been shattered during these lockdown restrictions, by telling their stories and bringing to life for others their realities.
Solution
The Hood and Co jumped at the opportunity to make this documentary happen. The deadline was tight , the restrictions where difficult with the lockdown status but we hustled and made it work. It was an honour to meet these business owners around Tāmaki Makaurau and bring their voices to light.
James and Luke set off with their face masks and camera and approached these brave business owners with sensitivity and skill and within two weeks we had this beautiful finished product. A special thank you to all the businesses involved :
